As a UI & Visual Designer at Hyperloop TT, I played a key role in both information design and UX strategy. I led a user research workshop, conducting interviews across various departments to gather insights that directly informed a comprehensive redesign of the company’s onboarding system. This process involved analyzing pain points, optimizing workflows, and ensuring a more efficient user experience for new hires.

Additionally, I contributed to the development of Lucy, a new product designed to streamline employee project management and onboarding processes. My responsibilities included collaborating with cross-functional teams to design intuitive interfaces and ensure the seamless integration of this tool into the broader organizational ecosystem.

Through this project, I gained valuable experience in user-centered design, helping shape a product that not only met the needs of employees but also aligned with the company’s long-term goals for scalability and efficiency. I also designed infographics highlighting the company’s metrics.
